Processing
Sandblasting is a form of acid etching onto glass using any pattern, template or logo design. Simple frosting to more advanced pattern design can be achieved in our process as required.
We also provide a polishing service on mirrors and glass for shelving, table tops, splashbacks etc. This takes the sharpness from any edges. As well as a polishing service we source bevelling of mirrors and also on glass.
Colour coating
Colour coating is a specialised process, which involves back painting the glass with any spectrum of colour, design or artistry as required. The range is huge and can be matched to any RAL or Dulux numbers.
Safety glass
Laminated glass is a process where layers of glass are joined together using an interlayer resin. Produced to a safety standard of BS6206, laminated glass can be used for shop fronts, sealed units, doors and screens. Ranges in thickness from 4.4mm to 13.5mm with the possibility of laminating together for greater requirements of thickness for example as use as glass flooring where 2 or more panels can be laminated together.
Toughened glass can be used for a range of purposes as shower screens, glass balustrading, partitions, balconies and desk top areas, each piece can be processed through polishing, sandblasting, cut outs etc prior to toughening. This safety glass when broken will reduce to a number of small sections thus reducing risk of injury.
Double glazed units
Double glazed units are produced in any variation of glass. These units can be manufactured in patterned, clear, tinted and self cleaning. Units can also be processed with Argon filling, Georgian Bar and Duplex Bar.
